The PostNews application was designed to be a Win32 console utility for posting messages to Usenet newsgroups. It uses the NNTP protocol (RFC 977) to upload one or more messages to a specified newsserver. Here are some key features of "PostNews":

· News server is specified on the command line, so PostNews can be used with a different server each time it is run.
